POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNTING TRAINEE Understand cash flows, accounts receivable and payable, taxes, and worker’s compensation claims processing and new client risk assessments; learn about payroll functions (e.g., garnishment processing and reconciliation; weekly, monthly and quarterly tax deposits and reporting; monthly withholding reconciliations); create various monthly financial statements including income statements, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.

COMPANY TYPE:Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Handles HR related issues for small businesses.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have an accounting-specific degree. Must have at least one year of accounting work experience. Must communicate at an advanced level of English.

WAGE: $1400/month                                                AVERAGE HOURS: 32-40 hours

FREQUENCY OF PAY: Semi-monthly

SCHEDULES: Monday through Friday

APPEARANCE POLICY: Business casual
