Caxambas at the Club & Spa

A tribute to the Great Gatsby era of the 1920s, Caxambas displays a neo-classical interior style used in many of the grand hotels and private clubs built just after the turn of the century. Chestnut and walnut parquet flooring, intricately paneled wainscot, massive bronze chandeliers and antique furnishings create a relaxed and familiar private club environment. Complementing the golden age interior is a magical multi-course menu of nouvelle Americana cuisine. Signature dishes include Pharaoh Quail with Porcini Mushroom Grits and White Truffle Marsala Emulsion or Baked Potato Soup with Aged Cheddar and Heirloom Potato Chips.

Sale e Pepe at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort

Experience a one-of-a-kind dining destination at Sale e Pepe at Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Sale e Pepe features intricate mosaic floors, hand-painted frescoes, 400-year-old antiques, a 1,500-bottle wine display, and a menu prepared by our native Italian staff completing the vision of an ancient Italian seaside restaurant. Dine indoors or al fresco under the stars.

Bringing Sale e Pepe to life is its newly appointed Executive Chef, Alberto Varetto. Originally from Torino, Italy, Alberto received his Diploma Alberghiero di Cucina before pursing his culinary career. Gaining valuable experience as a cook and sous chef in Italy, Alberto brought his skills and expertise to the renowned Galileo Ristorante in Washington, D.C. Chef Varetto was instrumental in opening Laboratorio del Galileo, a gourmet laboratory of new culinary creations daily. Chef Varettos native Italian taste buds and honed culinary skills ensure Sale e Pepes kitchen will prepare authentic ingredients, innovative menus and most importantly, fantastic food.

The Creek Golf Course at Fiddlers Creek

The Creek Golf Course at Fiddlers Creek will boast magnificent championship courses, including an awe-inspiring 18-hole signature course designed by Arthur Hills.  This is the first of five planned golf courses.
